MULTIP\u00d4LE places European workforce to meet recruitment needs<\/strong> in Vend\u00e9e<\/h2>\n<\/div><\/div>

In 2024, industry in Vend\u00e9e is still heavily dominated by the food processing, metalworking and mechanical engineering sectors, which together account for 54% of industrial jobs in the d\u00e9partement. Immersed in a competitive employment basin with an unemployment rate below the national average, industrial companies in Vend\u00e9e are often faced with labor shortages<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>

MULTIP\u00d4LE offers a solution to this shortage of resources by providing temporary employment for European worker<\/strong>s. Alain Millet shared his vision with Guillaume ROBELET, journalist for Ouest France, during an interview in January 2024<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n

Coping with human resources shortages<\/strong> by integrating European temporary workers: the MULTIP\u00d4LE challenge<\/h2>\n<\/div><\/div>

With its three sites in Saint-Hilaire-de-Riez (85 – Vend\u00e9e), Cholet (49 – Maine-et-Loire) and Pontivy (56 – Morbihan), Multip\u00f4le is extending its expertise nationwide.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n

“There is a real need. We’re there where there’s no one, in sectors where there’s a shortage of resources, penalizing companies’ production capacity,” <\/p>explained Alain Millet, Chairman of Multip\u00f4le, in his interview with Ouest France.<\/cite><\/blockquote><\/figure>\n

Today, MULTIP\u00d4LE<\/strong> has nearly a hundred customers, mainly in the Grand Ouest region – including major groups in the Vend\u00e9e – and employs nearly 900 European workers.<\/strong> These customers are spread across the agri-food, industrial and construction sectors.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>

MULTIP\u00d4LE relies on European workers<\/strong> to rapidly upgrade their skills<\/h2>\n<\/div><\/div>

Often from rural backgrounds, the European workers placed by Multip\u00f4le are familiar with the agri-food industry. These workers are therefore able to work quickly and improve their skills easily through training.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>

In order to create the optimum conditions for the integration of these workers into the targeted industries, MULTIP\u00d4LE offers comprehensive support<\/strong> for each of its temporary workers in ; <\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n

  • Their arrival in France, <\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Administrative formalities (opening a bank account, social security formalities, etc.),<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Finding accommodation, <\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Their first day in the company,<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Monitoring their activity as part of their interim assignment. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
