Tailored Support for MULTIP\u00d4LE<\/h2>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n

At the beginning of 2024, MULTIP\u00d4LE’s management collaborated with BIZOLON Consultants by Edifia to audit, support, and train its teams with the aim of improving quality of life and working conditions (QLWC). The initiative included individual internal audits, group training sessions (stress management, communication), and one-on-one coaching across all MULTIP\u00d4LE sites. These efforts fostered stronger cohesion and employee engagement around core human values and a shared goal of continuous improvement, all while developing a balanced and efficient work environment.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n

Sponsorship of Emma LOUINEAU<\/h2>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n

Last year, MULTIP\u00d4LE renewed its support for Emma Louineau, the 2023 French vice-champion in VTT-Trial, to accompany her during the 2024 season. Emma aimed to reach the finals of international competitions and qualify for the World Championship in Abu Dhabi while pursuing her Master’s degree in Sport Psychology. MULTIP\u00d4LE was delighted to support the young athlete, who had the honor of carrying the Olympic flame in June 2024 in Vend\u00e9e, and the company plans to renew its sponsorship in 2025. In 2024, Emma was runner-up in France and 5th in the UCI international ranking.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n

Supporting High-Level Athlete Ga\u00ebtan MENGUY<\/h2>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n

2024 also marked the start of MULTIP\u00d4LE\u2019s sponsorship of Ga\u00ebtan Menguy, a para-tennis athlete. The year was pivotal for Ga\u00ebtan, who aimed to qualify for the Paris 2024 Paralympic Games, maintain his international ranking, and participate in several international tournaments\u2014all while balancing his sports career with personal life. MULTIP\u00d4LE was proud to support this local sporting project, which embodies values such as courage, resilience, and excellence. Ga\u00eatan Menguy reached the 8th finals at the Paris 2024 Paralympic Games and finished the year number 2 in France and 20th in the world rankings.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n

Backing Young Pilot Antonin CHEVOLLEAU<\/h2>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n

In 2024, MULTIP\u00d4LE also supported Antonin Chevolleau, a 14-year-old aspiring pilot. In his first competition at the French Supermotard Championship, Antonin achieved an impressive 5th place finish on the Val D’Argenson circuit\u2014an exceptional result for a debut.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n

Third Participation in the CANOVTTATHLON by the MULTIP\u00d4LE Team<\/h2>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n

For the third consecutive year, MULTIP\u00d4LE employees participated in the CANOVTTATHLON held in Saint Gilles Croix de Vie and Saint Hilaire de Riez. Divided into five teams, employees tackled events such as running, canoeing, and cycling. The 2024 edition provided yet another opportunity for teamwork and camaraderie in a competitive yet friendly environment.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n

At the end of May, the MULTIP\u00d4LE interim team joined its partner Celvia \u00c9labor\u00e9s for Interim Week. This event was the perfect occasion to reflect on the achievements of 2023 and strengthen the bond between the Celvia team, interim workers, and MULTIP\u00d4LE staff.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n

The Highly Anticipated MULTIP\u00d4LE Annual Seminar<\/h2>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n

In September, MULTIP\u00d4LE organized its annual seminar on the island of Groix. The agenda included a presentation of MULTIP\u00d4LE’s achievements and future goals, along with a bike rally to explore the island’s landmarks and specialties. This event provided the perfect opportunity to emphasize the company\u2019s objectives and show appreciation for employees\u2019 daily efforts in a relaxed and convivial setting.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n

Educational Visit by MULTIP\u00d4LE<\/h2>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n

Toward the end of the year, Alain Millet Deronzier, President of MULTIP\u00d4LE Interim, visited ICCER (Installation, Heating, Air Conditioning, and Renewable Energy) students at Adeline Boutain High School in Saint Gilles Croix de Vie. The purpose of the visit was to share his professional journey and highlight the importance of building and maintaining a professional network. It was also an excellent opportunity to present MULTIP\u00d4LE\u2019s activities.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n
