10 years of temporary work to help you succeed<\/h2>\n<\/div><\/div>

Founded in 2015, MULTIP\u00d4LE has established itself as a specialist in the recruitment of European workers, assisting temporary workers with administrative procedures, accommodation and transport, and helping companies meet their skills needs. In 2025, this anniversary will mark a decade of long-standing partnerships with the agri-food, industrial and construction sectors, particularly in the Pays de la Loire and Brittany regions. <\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>

Health and safety prevention at the heart of MULTIP\u00d4LE’s concerns<\/h2>\n<\/div><\/div>
\n

In 2025, MULTIP\u00d4LE trained its field coordinators in health and safety. This initiative aims to strengthen skills in prevention and emergency response. MULTIP\u00d4LE also participated in a health and safety seminar organised by one of its clients in Brittany, through testimonials, workshops and enriching discussions. In parallel with this training initiative, MULTIP\u00d4LE launched a campaign to distribute individual first aid kits to all permanent employees. Each employee will have this basic equipment in their vehicle. This involvement reflects the agency’s commitment to risk prevention. The teams thus contribute to shared safety among temporary workers, clients and management. <\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>

Training, a key to the development of our activities<\/h2>\n<\/div><\/div>
\n

In 2025, we continued our training programme, thereby strengthening the skills of our temporary workers. In particular, they received training in CACES overhead cranes and self-propelled stackers, animal welfare and carcass removal, cutting\/boning, and sharpening\/honing. We also developed line operator training courses in partnership with our clients. <\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>

A year marked by sport and cohesion<\/h2>\n<\/div><\/div>
\n

Fourth consecutive participation in the Canovttathlon<\/strong> in Saint-Gilles-Croix-de-Vie for teams from the three MULTIP\u00d4LE agencies in Saint-Hilaire de Riez, Cholet and Pontivy. On the programme: run and bike, whale boat crossing, running and team challenges. These sporting events embody the values of cohesion and commitment that drive the teams’ daily work in supporting temporary workers<\/strong> and partner companies. <\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>

A team seminar to celebrate 10 years<\/h2>\n<\/div><\/div>
\n

To celebrate its 10th anniversary, the MULTIP\u00d4LE team gathered for its annual seminar. During a morning of discussions, the 2025 results and growth prospects for 2026 were discussed. We followed this with group activities and social events to strengthen ties between colleagues. This annual gathering is an excellent opportunity to strengthen bonds between teams and nurture a corporate culture based on sharing and good humour. <\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>
