10 Years of Temporary Work to Help You Succeed<\/h2>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n

Founded in 2015, MULTIP\u00d4LE has established itself as a specialist in recruiting European workers, supporting temporary employees with administrative procedures, accommodation, and transportation, while helping companies meet their workforce needs.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n

In 2025, this anniversary marks a decade of lasting partnerships with the agri-food, industrial, and construction sectors, particularly in the regions of Pays de la Loire and Brittany.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n

Health & safety prevention at the heart of MULTIP\u00d4LE\u2019s priorities<\/h2>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n
\n

In 2025, MULTIP\u00d4LE trained its field coordinators in first aid (SST). This initiative aims to strengthen skills in prevention and emergency response.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n

\n

The company also participated in a health and safety seminar organized by one of its clients in Brittany, through testimonials, workshops, and enriching discussions.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n

\n

Alongside this training initiative, MULTIP\u00d4LE launched a campaign to distribute individual first aid kits to all permanent staff members. Each employee will now have this basic safety equipment in their vehicle.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n

\n

This initiative reflects the agency\u2019s responsible commitment to risk prevention. Teams therefore contribute to a shared culture of safety between temporary workers, clients, and management.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n

Training: a key driver for the development of our activities<\/h2>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n

In 2025, we continued to strengthen our training initiatives, supporting the skills development of our temporary workers.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n

They notably received training in:<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n

  • Overhead crane and powered stacker operation (CACES)<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Animal welfare management and carcass removal<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Cutting and deboning techniques<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Sharpening and blade honing<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n

    We also developed, in partnership with our clients, training programs for production line operators.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n

    A year dedicated to sport and team cohesion<\/h2>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n
    \n

    The teams from the three MULTIP\u00d4LE agencies in Saint-Hilaire-de-Riez, Cholet, and Pontivy participated for the fourth consecutive time in the Canovttathlon of Saint-Gilles-Croix-de-Vie.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n

    The program included run and bike, whaleboat crossing, running races, and collective challenges.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n

    \n

    These sporting events perfectly illustrate the values of cohesion and commitment that guide the teams in their daily support of temporary workers and partner companies.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n

    A team seminar to celebrate the 10th anniversary<\/h2>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n

    To celebrate its 10th anniversary, the MULTIP\u00d4LE team gathered for its annual seminar.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n

    During a morning session, the 2025 results and the growth outlook for 2026 were discussed. The day continued with group activities and moments of conviviality to strengthen relationships between colleagues.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n

    This annual meeting is a great opportunity to reinforce team connections and nurture a company culture based on sharing and positive energy.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n
