My arrival to France

With MULTIPÔLE, you will be welcomed by people who will help you with all the procedures related to your personal installation and your professional integration. In addition, to make it easier for you to start working, all the welcoming documents are translated.

As a European resident, you will be asked to produce a simple valid identity document when you arrive in France.

MULTIPÔLE can organise accommodation for you when you start your mission. By sharing with other temporary workers, you will not have to worry about finding your own accommodation and you will be in a good position to succeed in your temporary assignment!

My employment contract

You will only need a work permit if you are not a European resident.

As a temporary employee, you are covered by the collective agreement on temporary work; as such, you have the same rights as any other temporary employee.

If you are willing to improve your skills, tailored training courses may be offered to you; these will enable you to progress rapidly to qualified positions.

Paperwork

Taxes are withheld at the source, and the amount is shown on your pay slips each month.

To avoid overpaying taxes, we advise you to obtain a tax identification number and file your tax return annually based on the previous year's earnings.

An administrative procedure with the dedicated services is necessary, which we invite you to carry out as soon as you arrive in France. A complementary mutual insurance is obtained automatically after 414 hours of work within the MULTIPOLE company.

MULTIPOLE will ask you for a telephone number and an email address. For salary payments, you will need to provide an individual bank statement.

To work in France, you will need:

  • A residence in France,
  • A bank account domiciled in France,
  • French social security coverage.

MULTIPÔLE will assist you with these procedures to facilitate your arrival and settlement in France.

MULTIPÔLE is committed to assisting its temporary workers from the moment they arrive in France, even before they start work. The support provided by MULTIPÔLE also includes opening a bank account. You will have a French-speaking contact to help you with these administrative procedures, eliminating language barriers.

Transportation

To start your assignment, MULTIPÔLE can arrange access to a vehicle shared with other temporary workers. This way, you won't have to worry about finding transportation and will be in the best position to begin and succeed in your temporary assignment! However, to drive, you will need a valid driving license in France.

If you don't have a driver's license, MULTIPÔLE can offer several solutions:

  • Shared accommodation with other temporary workers who have a driver's license and can drive you to your assignment,
  • Carpooling with other temporary workers in the same geographic area who have a driver's license and a vehicle, and can drive you to your assignment.
