My arrival to France

With MULTIPÔLE, you will be welcomed by people who will help you with all the procedures related to your personal installation and your professional integration. In addition, to make it easier for you to start working, all the welcoming documents are translated.

As a European resident, you will be asked to produce a simple valid identity document when you arrive in France.

MULTIPÔLE can organise accommodation for you when you start your mission. By sharing with other temporary workers, you will not have to worry about finding your own accommodation and you will be in a good position to succeed in your temporary assignment!

My employment contract

You will only need a work permit if you are not a European resident.

As a temporary employee, you are covered by the collective agreement on temporary work; as such, you have the same rights as any other temporary employee.

If you are willing to improve your skills, tailored training courses may be offered to you; these will enable you to progress rapidly to qualified positions.

Paperwork

Taxes are deducted at source (on your monthly pay slip). To avoid paying too much tax, we advise you to obtain a tax number and to make your declaration each year (for the previous year).

An administrative procedure with the dedicated services is necessary, which we invite you to carry out as soon as you arrive in France. A complementary mutual insurance is obtained automatically after 414 hours of work within the MULTIPOLE company.

MULTIPOLE will ask you for a telephone number and an email address. For salary payments, you will need to provide an individual bank statement.

Transportation

To start your assignment, MULTIPÔLE can organise access to a vehicle for you, shared with other temporary workers. You will not have to worry about finding your own means of transport and you will be in a good position to succeed in your temporary assignment! To drive, you will be required to have a driving licence valid in France.
