10 Years of Temporary Work to Help You Succeed
Founded in 2015, MULTIPÔLE has established itself as a specialist in recruiting European workers, supporting temporary employees with administrative procedures, accommodation, and transportation, while helping companies meet their workforce needs.
In 2025, this anniversary marks a decade of lasting partnerships with the agri-food, industrial, and construction sectors, particularly in the regions of Pays de la Loire and Brittany.
Health & safety prevention at the heart of MULTIPÔLE’s priorities
In 2025, MULTIPÔLE trained its field coordinators in first aid (SST). This initiative aims to strengthen skills in prevention and emergency response.
The company also participated in a health and safety seminar organized by one of its clients in Brittany, through testimonials, workshops, and enriching discussions.
Alongside this training initiative, MULTIPÔLE launched a campaign to distribute individual first aid kits to all permanent staff members. Each employee will now have this basic safety equipment in their vehicle.
This initiative reflects the agency’s responsible commitment to risk prevention. Teams therefore contribute to a shared culture of safety between temporary workers, clients, and management.
Training: a key driver for the development of our activities
In 2025, we continued to strengthen our training initiatives, supporting the skills development of our temporary workers.
They notably received training in:
- Overhead crane and powered stacker operation (CACES)
- Animal welfare management and carcass removal
- Cutting and deboning techniques
- Sharpening and blade honing
We also developed, in partnership with our clients, training programs for production line operators.
A year dedicated to sport and team cohesion
The teams from the three MULTIPÔLE agencies in Saint-Hilaire-de-Riez, Cholet, and Pontivy participated for the fourth consecutive time in the Canovttathlon of Saint-Gilles-Croix-de-Vie.
The program included run and bike, whaleboat crossing, running races, and collective challenges.
These sporting events perfectly illustrate the values of cohesion and commitment that guide the teams in their daily support of temporary workers and partner companies.
A team seminar to celebrate the 10th anniversary
To celebrate its 10th anniversary, the MULTIPÔLE team gathered for its annual seminar.
During a morning session, the 2025 results and the growth outlook for 2026 were discussed. The day continued with group activities and moments of conviviality to strengthen relationships between colleagues.
This annual meeting is a great opportunity to reinforce team connections and nurture a company culture based on sharing and positive energy.
