A Structured and Proactive Approach
Responsible for activities related to risk protection and prevention, Sarah plays a central role in the company’s safety policy. She ensures the regular update of the Single Document for the Evaluation of Professional Risks (DUERP), in close collaboration with the teams. Every identified risk situation results in a tailored action plan aimed at reducing exposure and continuously improving working conditions.
This preventive approach is part of a global strategy focused on anticipating risks rather than reacting to accidents.
SST Training for Field Employees
As part of this policy, a Workplace First Aid (SST) training program has been implemented for all field employees. The initiative aims to strengthen skills in both prevention and emergency response, in line with the INRS framework.
The training program, combining theoretical input and practical scenarios, covered:
- The missions of the SST, regulatory framework, and the first-aider’s role within the company
- Identification and elimination of persistent hazards
- First aid techniques, vital signs examination, hemorrhage management
- Alerting internal or external emergency services according to established procedures
This training helped employees learn more about SST best practices and become effective safety ambassadors, capable of responding calmly and methodically in emergency situations.
Appropriate Equipment for Everyone

Alongside this training initiative, MULTIPÔLE has launched a campaign to distribute individual first aid kits to all permanent staff. Each employee will keep this basic kit in their vehicle.
The kits are designed for quick response needs and include: bandages, gauze pads, antiseptics, gloves, scissors, emergency blanket, etc. A simple but essential tool for securing the critical first moments after an incident.
A Culture of Safety Embedded in Daily Work

MULTIPÔLE aims to foster a true culture of safety shared across all levels of the organization. This includes ongoing awareness efforts, regular exchanges between teams and the safety officer, and rigorous monitoring of implemented actions.
At MULTIPÔLE, workplace safety is not seen as a one-time initiative but as a long-term commitment. All employees are encouraged to take an active role, report risky situations, and contribute to improving safety practices.
Workplace safety is much more than a regulatory issue—it is a strategic priority that supports quality, performance, and team well-being.
