The MULTIPÔLE agency in Pontivy is recruiting for one of its industrial clients in Brittany, offering a temporary assignment in the metal industry as a Boilermaker (M/F).
Working in a workshop or on construction sites, the Boilermaker in France will be responsible for the following tasks:
- Working with stainless steel and carbon steel
- Performing laser marking on floors and insulated panels
- Assembling stainless steel supports using rivets and screws
- Positioning stainless steel parts using rulers and floor trenches
- Preparing concrete using a mixer and handling wheelbarrows
- Carrying out cleaning, finishing of welds, and daily site organization
A full training program is provided before starting the job.
If necessary, a translator will be present during training to cover:
- Safety rules
- Proper use and maintenance of tools and machines
- Cleanliness and organization of work areas

- Category B driving licence and personal vehicle are a plus
Contract Details
Contract Duration & Location
- Start date: As soon as possible
- Contract duration: Initial 3-month assignment, with possible extension up to 18 months or transition to a permanent contract (CDI)
- Work location: Brittany region, France
Working Hours
- Full-time position: 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday (7 hours per day)
- Overtime available
Salary
- Gross hourly rate: €11.88
- Estimated net hourly rate: €11.21
(including 10% paid leave + 10% end-of-assignment allowance) - Overtime pay:
- +25% from the 36th to the 43rd hour (approx. €16.50/hour)
- +50% from the 44th hour onwards
- Accommodation cost (if required): €320 per month per person (all charges included)
