Job description
The MULTIPÔLE Cholet agency is recruiting a Molding Operator (M/F) for a temporary molding operator job in France, within a company specialised in modular construction manufacturing, located in the Pays de la Loire region.
Working in a workshop environment and reporting to the team leader, the Molding Operator will be involved in the production of composite parts.
Main duties include:
- Preparing molds according to production needs (cleaning, waxing, gelcoat application)
- Supplying the workstation with resin and catalyst
- Manufacturing parts using contact lamination or spray-up techniques
- Dry lay-up of parts, ensuring accurate positioning of fiberglass on molds
- Installing the infusion network and preparing the vacuum bag
- Assisting with resin injection processes
- Participating in demolding operations
- Trimming, finishing and repairing parts

Candidate Profile
- Motivated, responsive and detail-oriented
- Able to work accurately and follow technical instructions
- French language skills are a plus
- Category B driving licence and personal vehicle are a plus
Contract Details
Contract Duration & Location
- Start date: As soon as possible
- Contract duration: Minimum 6 months, with possible extension up to 18 months or permanent contract
- Work location: Pays de la Loire, France
Working Hours
- Full-time position: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday (8 hours per day)
- Overtime and Saturday work possible
Salary
- Net monthly salary from €1,700
(including 10% paid leave + 10% end-of-assignment bonus) - Overtime pay:
- +25% from the 36th to the 43rd hour
- +50% from the 44th hour
- Accommodation cost (if required): €320 per month per person (all charges included)
