Job Description
The MULTIPÔLE Pontivy agency is recruiting for one of its clients specialized in processed meat and cured meat production, offering a temporary assignment in the food manufacturing industry in France as a Production Operator (M/F).
As part of the food production process, the Production Operator in France will be involved in the preparation of cured meat products and recipes. Main responsibilities include:
- Preparing and assembling food products according to recipes and production instructions
- Weighing, calibrating, sorting and packaging products
- Ensuring product traceability throughout the production process

Candidate Profile
- Motivated, responsive and detail-oriented
- At least 1 year of experience in food preparation or mixing
- Ability to maintain a steady work pace
- Comfortable working in cold environments (between 6°C and 8°C depending on the workshop)
- French language skills are a plus
- Category B driving licence and personal vehicle are a plus
Contract Details
Contract Duration & Location
- Start date: As soon as possible
- Contract duration: Initial 3-month assignment, with possible extension up to 18 months
- Work location: Brittany region, France
Working Hours
- Full-time position: 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday (7 hours per day)
- Overtime available
Salary
- Gross hourly rate: €11.88
- Estimated net hourly rate: €11.21
(including 10% paid leave + 10% end-of-assignment allowance) - Overtime pay:
- +25% from the 36th to the 43rd hour (approx. €16.50/hour)
- +50% from the 44th hour onwards
- Night shift bonus: +20% for hours worked between 9:00 p.m. and 6:00 a.m.
- Accommodation cost (if required): €320 per month per person (all charges included)
